The dues for Dickinson's Landing are $100 per year. Invoices are mailed out in late Jan/early Feb. Payment is due within 30 days. Please note your lot number on your check and remit payment to:

Answers to Frequently Asked Questions
- Trash pick-up is Monday morning each week. Recycling pick-up is every other week. Please visit the city's website to view trash regulations.
- Nextdoor.com is a useful tool used to help communicate upcoming events.
- Trash cans should not be visible from the street when stored and should be put away within 24 hours following waste pick-up.
- Out of courtesy and the safety of all DL residents, please be sure NOT to park directly across from another vehicle, when parking on the street. We've recently experienced an emergency vehicle/firetruck who could not fit through tight spaces like this, when responding to a 911 call.
